Working closely with the client on a full renovation of her family’s original 100 year old home, our involve included the Spatial planning and reconfiguration of the layout along with the construction documentation drawings. We supported the client and the builder with onsite detailing and decision making, slowly bringing the villa back to its near original form. With a very modest budget, we assisted the client with kitchen finishes and bathroom fittings selections, along with design support on the interior hard finishes.
